Country House Red Ale
Irish-Style Red Cream Ale, ABV 4.14%
Brewed Exclusively for Country House
Famous for its hearty burgers, Country House offers this richly colored amber cream ale to customers in Clarendon Hills, Lisle and Geneva. Country House Red pours richly colored amber with excellent head retention. This ale is light on the palate and lightly carbonated which gives it a lively mouth feel, while the flavor is dry with a pronounced hoppy bitterness balanced against grainy malt sweetness. A refreshingly bitter citrus-hop finish helps the beer go down well with a Country House burger.
Drink Country House Red at the following Country House locations:
Clarendon Hills – 241 55th Street; (630) 325-1444
Geneva – 2095 S. Kirk Road; (63) 208-8181

Rosie Cheeks is a Saison with flair. We used rose hips to impart a slightly tart and jammy flavor that pairs nicely with the farmhouse and clove characters found in our Saison yeast. This is a robust Saison, with a delicate palate. Greate to pair with Gruyère and washed rind cheese.
Rosie cheeks was brewed for The Rare Beer Club, a beer of the month club that delivers quality, variety, and value through their structured beer selection process.

Pullman Palace Car
India Pale Ale, ABV 6.5%
In 1880 George Pullman began constructing his model town and factory site 12 miles south of Chicago. This ideal town was designed on the notion that if the employees manufacturing his Palace Cars lived and worked in a beautiful setting, they would work harder and better.
Unfortunately, Pullman’s strict rules and unfair wages led to the town’s demise. Today Pullman still looks much as it did in 1880 and offers visitors the chance to experience a living museum. By drinking this hoppy and full-flavored India Pale Ale, you are supporting projects and events in the Pullman community.
