I purchased a Groupon for a tour, now what?

To register for a tour using your Groupon, follow the instructions on your Groupon. DO NOT register directly through our website, you must follow the Groupon instructions.

I purchased a Groupon, but when I enter the promo code it says it doesn’t work?

Check to see if your Groupon has expired. If your Groupon has not expired and you are still having problems, please email localbrew@argusbrewery.com.

I purchased a Groupon, but when I try to book a tour it won’t let me proceed without paying?

To redeem your Groupon, you must follow the instructions on your Groupon. You cannot book directly on our website.

How do I book a private tour with Argus?

We book private tours on a case-by-case basis. Depending on your group size, we may be able to accommodate you during a regular tour time, based on availability. Email us at localbrew@argusbrewery.com for questions or inquiries.

How far in advance should I book a tour?

We recommend booking tours at least two weeks in advance. Since we only allow 16-20 people on a tour, space fills up quickly.

Can I bring a friend or family member with who is not 21?

No, every person inside the brewery must be at least 21 years old. No exceptions.

How do I reschedule a tour if I can’t make it?

If you can’t make the tour time you registered for, email localbrew@argusbrewery.com and we will help reschedule you.
