South Carolina Gold Recipe with Holsteiner Lager

South Carolina Gold Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Holsteiner Lager
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder

 

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together until sugar dissolves.  
  3. Brush sauce on the meat while it is cooking.

 

Lexington Dip Recipe with Ironhorse Common

Lexington Dip BBQ Saue

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup Ironhorse Common
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

 

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together until sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour over the meat while it’s cooking. Note: The sauce is supposed to be very thin.

 

Mississippi Red Sauce Recipe with Jarrett Payton Wheat Ale

Mississippi Red BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Jarret Payton Wheat Ale
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

 

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together until sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour over the meat while it’s cooking.

 

Alabama White BBQ Sauce with EZ Rider Pale Ale

White BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Dukes Mayo or Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup EZ Rider Pale Ale
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

 

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together until sugar dissolves.
  3. Brush over the meat after it is done cooking.
