Not only is the United States craving more from craft beer brewers, but so is the international community. Crain’s Chicago Business featured us in an article about craft beer exports.
“Bob Jensen, co-founder of Pullman-based Argus Brewery, said a distributor recently approached him about exporting as well. The brewery, which was founded in 2009 and produces 2,500 barrels a year, plans to start shipping four of its brands to Germany and England in about three weeks.”
“‘We’re always looking for new markets,’ Jensen said. ‘Chicago and its gangster past is still romanticized in a lot of Europe, so they seem to have almost a cult following of Chicago beers.'”
